The location of the apartments is ideal, with easy access to public transport, close proximity to the city center, and trams just a short walk away. the staff is friendly and the place is generally clean.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The cleanliness was perfect, and the hotel facilities provided everything we needed, including a stove, microwave, and cookware. The location was ideal, with two tram routes within a 5-minute walk, making transportation around the city convenient. we were pleased to find a convenience store and larger supermarket nearby for any necessary supplies.

We had a pleasant stay at Parkville Place Apartments. The location was convenient, with easy access to tram, train, and shops. The apartment had a lovely sunny balcony with picturesque views of Carlton in the distance. The nearby park was also a beautiful addition.
We did encounter a minor issue with the door swipe card, promptly replaced the next day. we were a bit concerned about the lack of access to our room if the card didn't work, particularly at night when reception was closed.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - nestled in a peaceful area, yet close to trams and within walking distance of supermarkets and fantastic dining options. The room itself was like a mini apartment, complete with a kitchenette that had all the basic appliances I needed. It was great value for money, especially considering the additional amenities like the four kids beds and the adjacent small bedroom with two sets of bunks. The staff were incredibly nice and the attention to detail was impressive. And let's not forget about breakfast - it was delicious!
